Operating panel / touchscreen does not work properly, when I touch it with my finger/s

Possible cause:

Between touchscreen and frame there might be dirt or the airgap is too small.
Touchpanel defect.
Scale of the touchscreen surface is not correct.
Contact Can Man use E-ticket.
